How do I track my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your account. If you have not created an account with your order we will email you when your item is disptached or with any changes to your order. There is also general information about our delivery times here. Alternatively, please contact us for assistance.
My item(s) haven’t arrived
The product I ordered was out of stock – when will it arrive?
XXXX (Grant to check) As soon as the item arrives from our supplier we will be able to despatch it to you. We will keep you updated, but feel free to contact us if you’d like any further information.
How do I create an account?
Go to the Login or Register link (at the top RH corner of the page) and simply complete your details.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the Login link at the top RH corner of the page to edit your account information.

What about faulty or damaged items?
We try to check all products before we dispatch them. However, if an item is damaged, incomplete or faulty, please contact us immediately, and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items which have been damaged as a result of misuse or incorrect cleaning methods.

Do you deliver to my country?
At the moment we deliver only within the UK. However, if you would like an item delivered outside the UK, please contact us with brief details and we will get back to you.
