Thank you for shopping with us at Daisies and Dinosaurs. We hope that you LOVE your purchases, however, if you do wish to return any products or request an exchange, then please see the below;
- Refunds can be requested within 10 days of receiving your goods
- Refunds will be credited to match the original form of payment. This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items )
- When returning items the customer must sent the products back using a track and signed for postage which is paid by the customer
- Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges unless it is for a size change in clothing. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order
- The branded packaging your product arrives in, is considered part of the goods, so this must be in perfect condition along with the contents
- If the product is not in perfect condition, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange so please take care of our order
- All labels must STILL be on the product
- We can not accept returns on personalised items
- We can not accept returns on bedding due to hygiene reasons if opened, so please check mattress and duvet sizes prior to ordering
- All ball pits are made to order and can not be returned – delivery is up to 10 days to for production and 5 days shipping to the UK
- Original postage and returns postage* is non-refundable (*unless faulty)
For a refund or an exchange (see above), please email -firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason and enclose your returns slip or a note with your full name, address, order number and a contact telephone so we can reach you. The returns address will be given once the refund has been processed.
