Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for shopping with us at Daisies and Dinosaurs. We hope that you LOVE your purchases, so here is what happens next before your goodies arrive
We have introduced extra cleaning protocols inline with government recommendation. Our Couriers also have new protocols in place to allow drop off at a safe place if you are self isolating. The safety of our loyal customers and families is always our main priority at Daisies and Dinosaurs, and we are here to support you in any way we can during this difficult time, even if only for a chat during islolation.
Due to current issues we are dispatching parcels on Tuesdays and Fridays only and deliveries may take up to 7-10 days. Our couriers may experience delays due to limited staff, so please bare with us as deliveries are taking longer than usual. We hope to be back up and running to our usual service soon. Please stay home and stay safe.
- UK Mainland Standard Delivery via MyHermes and Royal Mail – 3-6 working days – £5.00
- UK Mainland Next Day Delivery via DPD – next working day* – £8.95
- UK Mainland shipping free on orders over £30
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, between 9am – 6pm. If you are using a business address, you must have someone to sign for this.
* NEXT DAY – In stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered by 1pm. Orders after 1pm or weekend orders will be dispatched the next working day
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days
Personalised items take 7 working days for printing – *please do not selected next day delivery
Ball pits take up 15 working days to produce as they are custom orders- *please do not selected next day delivery
Teepees are processed within working 5-7 days- *please do not selected next day delivery
Should there be any delays we will contact you immediately
Orders can not be amended once completed.
Orders will be sent to the address given when placing the on the website. We can not change the item or delivery address once its dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere different from the address given.
If your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend it out to you
If your parcel has not arrived, then please do contact us within 28 days of the order. After this time, we are unable to track parcels and issue refunds.
Unfortunately we only ship to certain countries. These will be listed at checkout and prices calculated
Delivery to Europe is approximately 3-10 working days once dispatched
Delivery to the rest of the world is approximately 7-15 working days once dispatched
Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or any other external factors.
Prices are calculated at checkout, dependent on the size and weight of your order.
It is the customers responsibility to pay any applicable customs charges
We require a telephone number for all International orders and cannot ship without.
We are unable to redirect or amend orders once items have been dispatched.
If your parcel is lost, then please do contact us within 28 days of the order. After this time, we are unable to track parcels and issue refunds.
Out Of Stock Items
If an item is sold out don’t panic. Please drop us an email at email@example.com and we will let you know when the item is back in stock.
Items purchased on our pre-order service will be given an approx dispatch date. This may be subject to change and we will notify you if this happens. DO NOT SELECT NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
If you order an item on our ‘Pre-Order’ service and purchase additional ‘in stock’ items, we will ship once all items are ready to leave
