Returns and Exchanges


Thank you for shopping with us at Daisies and Dinosaurs. We hope that you LOVE your purchases, however, if you do wish to return any products or request an exchange, then please see the below;


  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please email us requesting a returns code and you must contact us prior to returning ANY items. You have 14 days to get the returns back to us. This code must be present in the returns parcel in order for us to process a refund.
  • When returning items the customer must sent the products back using a track and signed for postage which is paid by the customer. We can not accept responsibility for any items which are lost in transit.
  • Once goods are received, your order will be checked and if approved the process will take up to 3-5 working days to process through our system.
  • Refunds will be credited to match the original form of payment. This will normally show in your account within 10 days. This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items )

  • Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges . If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order
  • The branded packaging your product arrives in, is considered part of the goods, so this must be in perfect condition along with the contents, Any marks on the goods, packaging will be not be eligible  for a refund
  • If the product is not in perfect condition, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange so please take care of our order
  • All labels must STILL be on the product
  • We can not accept returns on personalised items or sale items
  • We can not accept returns on bedding due to hygiene reasons , so please check mattress and duvet sizes prior to ordering
  • All ball pits plus balls are made to order and can not be returned or exchanged  – delivery is up to 15 working days to for production and 7  days shipping to the UK. All ball pits must be opened straight away – please do not store them in the boxes.
  • Original postage and returns postage* is non-refundable (*unless faulty)
  • If you purchase through clearly, refunds can take up to 10 working days due to being a 3rd party payment portal.

For a refund please email [email protected] , with your reason and enclose your returns slip or a note with your full name, address, order number and a contact telephone so we can reach you.  Wrap products securely and keep proof of postage.
