How do I track my order?

You can check your order status by logging into your account. If you have not created an account with your order we will email you when your item is disptached or with any changes to your order. There is also general information about our delivery times here.  Alternatively, please contact us for assistance.

My item(s) haven’t arrived

See our Delivery page for our normal delivery times. If you have not received your item(s) when expected please contact us. Parcels cans only be tracked with 28 days of goods being sent, so please contact us with in this time frame as we are UNABLE to track parcels after this date or issue refunds.


The product I ordered was out of stock – when will it arrive?

As soon as the item arrives from our supplier we will be able to despatch it to you. Simply leave your email address against the product you want to be notified on. We will keep you updated, but feel free to contact us if you’d like any further information.


How do I create an account?

Go to the Login or Register link (at the top corner of the page) and simply complete your details.

How much is my postage and packing?

How do I return or exchange my product?

Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for details.

What about faulty or damaged items?

We check all products before we dispatch them. However, if an item is damaged, incomplete or faulty, please contact us immediately, and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items which have been damaged as a result of misuse or incorrect cleaning methods.

Do you deliver to my country?

At the moment we deliver to the UK, USA, Canada & most of Europe. However, if you would like an item delivered outside the UK, please contact us with brief details and we will get back to you.


Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product, but we can’t guarantee a perfect match every time.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.  We try to ensure they are as accurate as possible

If you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a discount code off your first order over £50 *this excludes brands Misioo, Wigwama, Banwood & Majorie Minnie & the discount amount starts from £50 onwards. This also excludes sale or items on promotion.


Our stock is sent from our UK warehouse apart from Balls pits which are shipped from Poland and Teepees from Latvia. We can not accept responsibility for any delays at customs for overseas deliveries of these items.

coupons, flash sales & sale items

We reserve the right to withdraw sale, offers and coupons at any time. Sale items are excluded from all promotions and flash sales. Free shipping is not applicable when using coupons on orders under £25. Sale items are non refundable and may not have original packaging. Photoshoot products are also non refundable and sold as seen.

  1. Use xmas25 at the checkout to claim 25% off the selected Black Friday edit
  2. Discounts will only be valid during this time 2nd November – 24th December 2020. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.

  4. Any Sale or Discount items reduced prior to Black Friday will not receive any further discounting.
  5. We will price match only with offers live at the same time and within a 7 day window

  8. Any non-faulty items bought in the discount period and subsequently returned will be exchanged for store credit.
